Click here to register online for testing
March 28-31, 2017
Thank you Stacey Elmer for hosting testing in San Diego!
Registrations will be done through Sarah, not the host family. You can fill out your registration information online or you can download the registration form and mail it to Sarah along with your check payable to Sarah Olbris to the address on the letterhead. You will be invoiced via PayPal if you register online. After your registration and payment have been received, you will be contacted about confirming a time, date, and place for your child’s testing. After your registration and payment have been received, you will be contacted about confirming a time, date, and place for your child’s testing.
We cannot schedule any tests without a deposit, so we recommend using the online option and PayPal if at all possible. Also, if you want to pay by credit card, this can be done through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
If you change your appointment after you have received confirmation, there will be a rescheduling fee of $20 per person. The $25 non-refundable deposit must be received to schedule a test, and there is a $20 fee for rescheduling the appointment.
A limited number of testing slots are available, so I encourage you to reserve your testing appointments as soon as possible. A $30.00 late fee will be added to the total cost of testing if your deposit is not postmarked before February 21.
|Cost before Feb. 20 (Deposit + Balance)||Cost after Feb 20 (Deposit + Balance)|
($25 + $110)
($25 + $140)
(Wide Range Achievement Test)
($25 + $75)
($25 + $105)
Note – We allocate 2 hours for the WJ and 1 hour for the WRAT. If your child needs additional time to complete the test, we need to know in advance for scheduling purposes and we will charge $40 per additional hour of testing.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Sarah at 757-456-9659 (home) or 757-478-6886 (cell). Remember that I live in North Carolina so please do not call after 8 pm your time. If we do not answer, please leave a message on the answering machine and someone will return your call as soon as possible. I may be speaking with someone else about testing, and I want to give you the same undivided attention that I am giving them.
Just a reminder – Parents, you are responsible to send in your children’s test scores to the appropriate school system. I will not send test scores to anyone but you.
