Click here to register online for testing
Waynesboro, VA Schedule: April 15-18, 2020
Thank you Dan and Emily Babish for hosting!
Registrations will be done through Sarah, not the host family. You can fill out your registration information online or you can download the registration form and mail it to Sarah along with your check payable to Sarah Olbris to the address on the letterhead. For online registration click here and we will send you an invoice via PayPal. If you would like to register via snail mail and pay by check, send registration forms and checks payable to Sarah Olbris at the address on the registration form letterhead. After your registration and payment have been received, you will be contacted about confirming a time, date, and place for your child’s testing.
We cannot schedule any tests without a deposit, so we recommend using the online option and PayPal if at all possible. Also, if you want to pay by credit card, this can be done through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
If you change your appointment after you have received confirmation, there will be a rescheduling fee of $30 per person. The $25 non-refundable deposit must be received to schedule a test, and there is a $30 fee for rescheduling the appointment.
A limited number of testing slots are available, so I encourage you to reserve your testing appointments as soon as possible. A $20.00 late fee will be added to the total cost of testing if your deposit is not postmarked before March 31.

I am privileged to have awesome proctors that work for me. Since my time is limited, please do not be offended if I ask you to allow one of my assistants to do the assessment. If I didn’t think they would do a great job with your child, I would not ask them to help me in this way. (I also promise not to be offended if you request one of them instead of me!)
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Sarah at 757-456-9659 or Christine (scheduling and billing) at 757-737-1704 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not answer, please leave a message on the answering machine and we will return your call as soon as possible. a message on the answering machine and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
Just a reminder – Parents, you are responsible to send in your children’s test scores to the appropriate school system. I will not send test scores to anyone but you.
